BE A POD NINJA.
Pangea, a futuristic new pod hotel in the heart of Whistler’s pedestrian Village, is looking for full-time, part-time, and casual Housekeepers.
You will play a crucial role in our team by keeping the entire building clean at all times. Thanks to your meticulousness, Pangea will soon have the best reputation of any Canadian pod hotel.
The Housekeeper is a hard worker who refuses to quit until the task at hand is completed successfully. Because keeping our pods spotless is a top priority, you must be able to bend, lift, stand, and move around for the duration of your shift.
If you want our pods to look like they’ve never been used before, you’ll have to be the “ninja” of the pod world and operate with the same degree of flexibility, stealth, and precision that the ninjas are known for. You will trust in our strategy for Pangea’s success and do everything you can to make it happen with your ideas, inventions, and improvements.
ABOUT PANGEA AND OUR FLAGSHIP WHISTLER LOCATION.
Our name should serve as a clue as to the principles we uphold. Pangea is the social hub of the travel business, attracting people from all over the world and all walks of life.
Our goal is to be the central gathering place in Whistler, where locals and tourists alike can relax with friends and acquaintances over a tasty beverage and swap ski stories.
THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AT PANGEA.
We wouldn’t expect our workplace to be ordinary, given that our hotel is anything but standard. Our employees are not only expected to put in long hours, but also to make the most of each day by relaxing, having fun, and interacting with our guests. We hope they’ll accept the opportunity for growth provided to them and feel accomplished when they succeed.
It is highly valued at Pangea that employees take the initiative to suggest new methods of doing things or to speak out when they perceive a current practice that isn’t helping the organisation attain its goals as quickly or as efficiently as it could. They need to be proactive, enthusiastic, and helpful.
In return, we can provide you a chance to further your career at one of the most cutting-edge hotel projects in Canada (located in one of the world’s most well-known mountain resorts).
As the Housekeeper, it will be your job to keep the communal areas, such as the sleeping pods and the bathrooms, spotless at all times. As a housekeeper, you’ll need to be quick on your feet, careful with your tools, able to bend and lift with good form, and aware of the significance of following OSHA safety standards.
